Kevin Millington, President
Kevin Millington recently retired from State service. He served as a Coastal Resources Specialist with the New York State Department of State's Division of Coastal Resources since 1985. He coordinated the preparation and implementation of a wide range of regional and local waterfront revitalization strategies throughout upstate New York . In addition, Kevin served as the Department's liaison for several Regional Economic Development Councils and statewide commissions, including the Canal Recreationway Commission, the Erie Canalway National Heritage Corridor Commission, and the Heritage Areas Advisory Council. Prior to his position with the Department of State, Kevin served as a planner for Albany County and as Planning Director for the City of Albany ’s Community Development Agency. Kevin earned a Master's degree from the University of Nebraska and a Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Brockport.
Kevin’s volunteer activities include: President of the Albany County Rural Housing Alliance, President of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Albany County, and he also serves on the Board of Directors of the Empire State Aerosciences Museum and the Waterford Historical Museum. . Kevin resides in Slingerlands with his son Kyle.
Denise Zieske, Vice President
Denise Zieske serves as ACRHA's vice president. She is the Business Partnership Coordinator for Tech Valley High School,
an innovative regional public high school where students are immersed in a project-based learning environment that
prepares them to participate in the growing high-tech and global economy.
Ms. Zieske received her undergraduate degree from Drew University and Masters in Business Administration from the University at Albany.

Jamie Casterlin, Treasurer
Jamie Casterlin is a retail banking branch manager with NBT Bank, NA.
Jamie has 15 years’ experience in retail banking and consumer lending. NMLS # 515425.
Janna Shillinglaw, Officer
Janna Shillinglaw has been a resident of New Scotland since 1999. Janna has a B.A. in Writing from the State University of New York at Albany. A Licensed Realtor since 2001, Janna has worked with a variety of local firms and is the Broker/Owner of Capital Region House Deals. In 2015, Janna also started working for the Department of Civil Service. She serves on several local boards including the Voorheesville Public Library, New Scotland Kiwanis, and the Voorheesville Community & School Foundation.
She is married to Chris and they have two children, Evie & Daniel, in the Voorheesville School District.
